Les voeux

The Vœux project has many objectives: seize the opportunity of its position on the banks of the Seine, breathe new life into it, and endorse the relationship with the Paris Water treatment plant.
It is an exceptional territory, both in the sum of the constraints and in the landscape that is offered. Considering this as non-contradictory, the objective of the district is that of a Biocity: virtuous and ecosystem-based management of this fully-fledged urban part, as close as possible to the Seine. To consider the exception of the site in terms of landscaping means taking into account the places of habitat, species and species.
To create a Biocity, it is above all to provoke a mutual enrichment between architecture and environments.
The pathways of the park as a vector for the project: At a minimum, a service road will be created along the railway line, for the maintenance of the park and access for visitors on foot or by bicycle. Initially, the footbridge, partly on the roof of the silo car park, makes it possible to cross the railway line and serve the park, even for people with reduced mobility.
Then, a second section leads to the Seine belvedere.
And finally, the last section crosses the Seine and provides intermodality between the RER C and the
RER D.
